Behavioral Homes 365 is an AHCCCS provider offering 24-hour supervision and therapeutic treatment for clients facing behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We provide a safe, supportive, structured, and nondiscriminatory environment where every client is treated with dignity and respect.

Our approach begins with comprehensive, individualized treatment planning developed together by the client and their care team. At BH365, clients receive all-inclusive living arrangements alongside daily therapy, so they can focus fully on their recovery.

Working with our experienced team of Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Professionals, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Case Managers, clients gain the tools they need to build a stable, meaningful life. Through our program, clients learn healthier coping skills, build independence, connect with community resources, and reduce their risk of crisis or relapse after completing treatment.

BH365 provides residential treatment in a safe, person-centered home environment. Our Behavioral Health Residential Facilities are designed to support adults living with mental health conditions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, giving each client the structure and care they need to heal.
