OUR PROCESS

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities to best meet the needs of our community.

APPLICATION AND SCREENING

Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often this could be a Level one facility, Hospitals, behavioral facilities, physicians, case mangers, social worker, family members and insurance plans. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the specific behavioral needs, substance abuse history or co-occurring disorder the client is struggling with. An intake nursing assessment and intake behavioral assessment are both conducted by a Registered Nurse and Behavioral Health Professional. This allows for the client to receive a precise individualized treatment plan when admitting into BH 365.

OUR MISSION

It is the philosophy of Behavioral Homes 365 to treat each client with the dignity, respect, compassion and equality. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nondiscriminatory structured environment where clients can develop a strong foundation through high quality programming, regardless of history, race or gender.
