Behavioral Homes 365 currently has two 10-bed facilities located in Mesa, AZ and Queen Creek, AZ. BH 365 provides evidence based therapeutic treatment that is structured for adult male and female clients who suffer with Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse or Co-occurring disorders in a safe, supportive, nondiscriminatory setting. Our 30-120 day programming allows our clients to learn the necessary coping skills to gain independence and transition into the community and live a successful life with a reduced probability of a crisis or relapse. We believe that each client is capable of learning new skills and understand their importance, allowing them to deal more effectively with their mental health or addiction. Behavioral Homes 365 provides specialized treatment tailored to each individuals needs. We understand the complexity of each client’s abilities, interest, needs and learning styles. For this reason, BH 365, provides a variety of group and individual counseling sessions to meet the needs of each of our clients. We strongly believe that clients who suffer with mental illness and substance abuse are more susceptible to learning and adapting to new skills when provided with a structured daily program that addresses each individual needs. We are committed in teaching self-management of care and allowing our clients to understand how and when to utilize the resources available.
